Board Placement
The design of the Board Plan is a 2X2 , it always follows the sponsor Board/Matrix Cycle. The Board Plan is a unique system that makes your victory certain and gives you an opportunity to take benefit from the effort of all the board members. The specific member will be entitled to commission every time the Board/Matrix Cycle entries completed. Here are a few points discussed which may help a beginner select an excellent Board/Matrix Cycle Plan.
Once you joined this Cycle Plan, a blank board will be allotted and you will be placed at the top of board. As per requirements now you have to refer 2 member in the board at your 1st level and your direct member will refer there 2 each which make 4 downline at your level 2. With the 6 downline (2+4) your board will be complete and you move to next board and same time your board will be broken into 2 new board for your downline. Now your downline have to complete there board and they will will follow you in next board. Commission can be paid per downline or it can be paid when your board is complete. Higher board you reach higher commission you earn. Every time a board is complete it generate 2 new board.

DIRECT REFERRAL COMMISSION
Direct commission or Referral commission goes to the person who bring a new person to the network. Referral or Direct bonus may be in % or fixed amount. Referral Bonus depend on the package or product purchased by the person joined. Rules can be set as per your plan. More member a person will refer more he or she will earn. BOARD COMMISSION
Board complete commission paid when you complete a board. In diagram we have taken an example of 2x2 board means you need 2 downline at your 1st level and 4 downline at your 2nd level then you complete board. Some company don't pay per downline but they pay when your board is complete and you move to next board.

Indirect commission is paid in same manner as in other mlm plan when your upliner refer more then required mebmer, extra member sit under there empty space. these are counted your indirect member. if a company pay commission per downline then you earn from your indirect member too. If your direct member refer member they are also your indirect member. they also help you to fill your board faster.

NON CASH INCENTIVE
